Q. I've looked this house over very thoroughly myself (or had my dad, brother, etc look it
over), why do I need a home inspection?
A. I have the knowledge, experience and know-how that comes with education and being in
the inspection industry. I know what to look for and where to look for it! While you or someone
you know can examine the home and roughly determine the condition of it, I know what to look
for in your home. It's my job to spot flaws, defects and/or conditions that the average person or
handyman may overlook.

Q. How much does a home inspection cost?
A. Rates will vary from home to home.  Some factors include size and age of the home.

Q. How long does your home inspection take?
A. Each home is different, however an average home usually takes approximately 3 to 4 hours.

Q. Do you perform Termite inspections?
A. I do not perform Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) (Termite) inspections. I recommend having
a qualified licensed pest control company perform a Wood Destroying Insect inspection and
provide a warranty.
