I have the knowledge, experience and know-how that comes with education and being in the inspection industry. I know what to look for and where to look for it! While you or someone you know can examine the home and roughly determine the condition of it, I know what to look for in your home. It's my job to spot flaws, defects and/or conditions that the average person or handyman may overlook. Q. How much does a home inspection cost? A. Rates will vary from home to home. Each home is different, however an average home usually takes approximately 3 to 4 hours. Q. Do you perform Termite inspections? A. I always look for evidence of wood destroying insects and I document on my report if evidence was observed. If you need a Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) (Termite)inspection certificate I can provide one for you; however, I recommend having a qualified licensed pest control company perform a Wood Destroying Insect inspection and provide a warranty. If you have a warranty for termites, you will be protected if termites were dormant during the inspection and come out after you purchase your home.
